​Born and raised in Berkeley County, I know the Lowcountry not just as my home, but as a
community I’ve proudly served for over 20 years. After graduating from the University of South Carolina with a master’s in public administration and later earning my master’s in business administration from Charleston Southern University, I built my career in contract negotiations, finance, and project management through key roles at Charleston County and Santee Cooper, South Carolina’s state-owned electric and water utility.
 

After years of navigating my own real estate experiences—purchasing land, renovating properties, and custom-building my home, I discovered a true passion for turning visions into reality. Inspired by a significant life change, I chose to channel that passion into a career where I can combine my negotiation expertise with my love for helping people achieve their goals and
find a place, they are proud to call home.
