Janni Gaskins
Janni Gaskins was raised in Idaho and currently resides in Summerville, with her husband, David, and daughter.
Janni, a graduate of Midlands Technical College, in addition to being a Realtor also holds a certificate in court reporting. She has been involved with many legal cases throughout the State of South Carolina which taught her to have a great eye for detail and understanding documentation.
Her clients would say this gives her a unique edge in negotiating and understanding contracts to get them the best investment every time. Janni and her husband are both active members of their church and serving others is a very important part of their family life.
