When you have a Buyer wanting to see your property, your TREF Realtor will contact you and let you know the time and date.  It is best to have a showing calendar to keep up with appointments.

• Then, Keep the blinds and curtains open.

• Turn on lamps and hall lights.

• Make all beds.

• Make sure the sink is cleaned out.

• Clean toothpaste off the bathroom mirrors.

• Clean and flushed toilets.

• Do NOT overspray scents.

• Make sure dirty clothes are in a hamper.

• LEAVE!! The agents will take it from here.
