Jamie Grady
Since 2008, Jamie Grady has been working with buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the tri-county area making the buying and selling process seamless. With a vast network of contacts within the real estate, financial, and insurance industries, Jamie is able to provide a full-service approach to his clients.
In the first and second quarters of 2016, Jamie assisted clients in purchasing houses below appraised value gaining them substantial and instant equity. He and his team aid sellers by marketing listings not only to local and regional buyers but to national and international buyers as well which includes The Real Estate Firm’s portfolio of approximately 500 buyer-clients. He has a successful reputation for assisting investors seek out hidden opportunities in the marketplace and capitalize on high-return investments and his commitment to clients does not end at the “closing table”.
Prior to being an original member of The Real Estate Firm, he worked with one of the largest real estate
development and sales companies in the area. The Lowcountry of South Carolina has always been home to Jamie. He holds a Bachelor of Science in
Political Science and Business and is active in the community, with his fraternity alumni chapter, was
previously on the Town of Moncks Corner Planning & Zoning Committee and is currently serving as a Commissioner of the Town of Moncks Corner Public Works Commission.
Jamie has extensive knowledge in personal investments as well, owning and managing commercial property around the lowcountry.
